The purpose of this proposal is to give some information about the facilities to have a location in England instead of USA.
The aim of our company is to expand our products around the European Union to attract foreig clients because we will have a greater recognition at European level.
Although we are clearly more close to USA than to England, this last country has a dynamic and exciting lifestyle with many cultural events that will attract foreig people to come, so people will, at least, hear about us. Addition, if we place ourselves in England we would save the import and export rates, apart from tariffs. That is because England is in the European Union.
About USA, everybody knows that USA is the first country in the majority of all aspects, but they aren´t in the European Union so our rates of import and export will considely increase.
However, in my opinion, I think that we should get the location in England instead of USA for all the benefits we would get to be directly within the European union when we are going to get an import and an export.

First of all if I were you, I would do the composition longer, about 250 words or 25 lines, because this composition is going to be a part of the final exam...

i have seen a few otographic mistakes like foreig (foreign) or grammar mistakes.
